Going beyond the interviews: bringing to light meaning from the matrix. Reading (horizontally and vertically) the matrix while avoiding over-interpretation. The mixed survey method (semi-structured interviews followed by closed questionnaires) allows the drawbacks of each of these two methods to be mitigated.
